Becoming a Lawyer without a Law Degree - Careers Presentation
If you are thinking about what motivates a commercial lawyer and how that
works in the real world then you might be interested to attend this
workshop. Here Taylor Wessing will be holding an interactive workshop in
the form of a business game, as Partners, Associates and current trainees
from Taylor Wessing explain and then together with 30 students practice,
how to commercially apply and use legal skills and training in a business
environment. Examples include how to "sell" legal services and attracting
new business; both invaluable skills to be practiced and developed at a
commercial law firm such as Taylor Wessing. The event will be followed by
drinks on campus as our guests, making this an excellent all-round
opportunity to meet lawyers from Taylor Wessing and find out more about
their experiences in the legal world.

This College of Law talk is open to all non-law degree students. It will
tell you everything you need to know about the training and job
opportunities available in law.

The event will be attended by a considerable number of barristers and chambers, and will be a highly useful stepping stone to a career at the Bar.
